Negotiated Procedure - Maximum budget €90.000,00

ENISA is seeking a contractor for the design, implementation, deployment and setup of a proactive detection platform for incident response support.

Such a platform should, in general, collect data from multiple open source and publicly available feeds, de-duplicate information and present it on customizable dashboards in an aggregated fashion, as well as allowing for drill-down, searching and filtering over data for more in-depth analysis.

The platform and overall project should be based on the good practices listed in the report "Proactive detection of network security incidents" www.enisa.europa.eu/news/enisa-news/getting-ready-for-the-next-security-incidents

The platform should be based on open source solutions, scalable, allowing additional sources to be added along time resulting in an adaptive solution tailored to different and increasing needs of the Agency.

The platform should also have the ability to generate reports on filtered data and integrate with Agency's other internal systems through import and export of data in standard formats.
